Job Description : Green Flow Property Management Services is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the financial and office related business activities for our growing business! Apply Today!Job Responsibilities:Ability to prepare and maintain accounting documents / records within QuickBooksPrepare, post, and verify records of customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivables, company policy, and GAAPCreate invoices according to company practices, submit invoices to customers, and maintain customer records as neededPrepare bank deposits and manage daily data entry for financial transactionsCommunicate with customers and track payments for follow-up clients as neededAbility to research, track, and reconcile accounting records as neededAnalyze existing processes and procedures and identify key areas for process related improvementsRequirements:Associates degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)3+ years of experience as a clerkExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organizationProficiency with QuickBooks softwareStrong independent research abilityJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Valatie, NY 12184: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Accounts Payable Occupations: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
