Job Description : Mac Made Easy is looking for Apple Hardware Repair Technicians. To work in our Service Department. We are the Apple Premier Partner for Apple in Hawaii with multiple locations in the state of Hawaii. We have been in business for 30 years, we are the only other Apple Authorized location in Hawaii besides Apple Corporate. We have stores on the Big Island, Kauai, Oahu and Maui.Job Duties: Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning Apple hardware and softwareReplace and/or upgrade internal hardware components of Mac laptops, desktops, and iPhonesInstall operating systems and softwareCommunicate with customers regarding repair status; advise the best course of actionFully refurbish pre-owned computer equipment for resaleCreate service request orders in our customer databaseMaintain and update of our customer database used in creating service request ordersSpecial Skills, Experience, And Requirements: Strong experience in Apple computer and iPhone repair (Apple certification preferred)Proficiency in Apple OS and configurationPassionate about technology, computers and learning new systemsApplicants with previous employment by Apple will be considered firstExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational skillsAble to maintain a positive attitude provide fast paced, detail oriented workJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payAbility to commute/relocate:Kailua, HI 96734: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Apple Repair: 2 years (Preferred)Software troubleshooting: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
