Job Description : NOW HIRING !!· Up to $300 bi-weekly attendance bonus- $300 SIGN ON BONUS!- No experience necessary, we will train you!· $250 bonus for referring a friend to start with you!About the position: Steves and Sons in business since 1866. is currently seeking Production Workers to fabricate parts and assemble them to make doors carrying various production tasks in the manufacturing environment of our busy warehouse. The ideal candidate for excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products, and reporting any issues with equipment.This position requires no experience, we will train you to make some of the most beautiful doors! We manufacture interior doors from start to finish and our goal is 8,000 doors a day!We provide stable, year-round full time employment complete with a full benefits package.· No High School diploma or GED.Shifts available: Monday – Friday and some Saturdays Day (hours may vary depending on production needs).Duties: · Feed raw materials into production machinery.· Assemble materials on production lines.· Monitor the production process.· Carry out basic quality and testing checks.· Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse.· Utilize proper body mechanics to assist products on an industrial roller conveyor system.· Pack goods to be shipped.· Maintain work areas and equipment.· Report any issues with equipment directly to the supervisors.Requirements: · Strong work ethic and organizational skills.· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.· Must be familiar with basic math and measuring tools.· Able to work on foot for extended periods of time.· Committed to quality and safety.· Good communication skills.· Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures.· Ability to accurately read and follow work orders.· Team-oriented and self-directed.· Follow established safety rules and regulations.· Ability to work with minimal supervision.· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.· Ability to perform all physical requirements of the position.· Must be able to continuously lift 50 lbs.· Must pass drug screening and background checkJob Type: Full-timePay: $1,000.00 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:12 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus paySigning bonusEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
