Job Description : Our licensed cannabis cultivation is looking for a head grower to assist with our head grower and 1800 cannabis plants. The ideal candidate has worked for at least 2 years in a commercial cannabis cultivation in a supervisor role. Must be able to diagnose deficiencies and make nutrient regimes for all phases of plants. Must be able to manage a crew of 10+ employees. Some weekends will be required. Must be able to display decision making skills and the ability to multi-task. Starting pay is $40,000-$42,000 based on experience.
