Job Description : The College is seeking: Associate Dean of Arts & Sciences (2 positions)Each of the two Associate Deans will assist and support the Dean in all aspects of Arts and Sciences (Associate in Arts degree, Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education, general education, teacher education, honors program), including the organization, administration, continuous review, planning, development, and general effectiveness of the department. In addition, one Associate Dean will concentrate on scheduling and another will concentrate on curriculum. Master’s degree required in one of the areas in Arts and Sciences; Doctorate preferred. College level administrative and teaching experience required. Strong commitment to the philosophy, role, and mission of a comprehensive community college. This is a full-time 12-month on-site administrative position.
