Job Description : Key ResponsibilitiesInstalling, maintaining and troubleshooting computer peripherals, operating systems and computer software.Troubleshooting networking issues.Manage employee requests using IT support ticket system.Perform monitoring and escalate the service issues.Provide Level 1 technical support, to users via the mobile, using remote desktop tools or should the need arise by attendance to users at their place of work.Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate person (Internal / Partner).Maintain IT assets.Skills and KnowledgeMinimum 2+yrs experience of industry experience in handling end user support (PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices etc.).Hands-on experience with windows OS environment.Working knowledge of office products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.Knowledge of networking products – Firewall / Switches.Ability to perform troubleshooting and provide clear instruction.Desire to learn and grow with a team.Logical thinker.Mandatory: Please go through the Job description and company website: TTK Services.Job Type: Full-time
