The Boeing Company is hiring an Associate Tool Integration Analyst (TIA) (Level 2) to support the Team in Everett, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
Works under general supervision.
Creates, updates and manages tooling status within the tooling value stream.
Provides visibility to management on the various phases of the project lifecycle.
Obtains and provides coordination to help alleviate the current held for condition and status.
Works effectively and cooperatively with external customers and other internal organizations.
Oversees compliance to the tool order and the drawing release process.
Applies best job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts to manage a project.
Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum 1 year of providing analytics.
Minimum 1 year of Program/Project Management experience.
Minimum 1 year with Microsoft Office.
Minimum 1 year of problem solving.
Minimum 1 year of facilitation of meetings and projects.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Minimum 1 year of Continuous Improvement experience.
Minimum 1 year of Fabrication or Manufacturing experience.
Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Project
Program Management Certificate.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
