Job Description : We are looking for a detail orientated Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Run weekly Payroll, analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Must be very knowledgeable in Quickbooks desktop and online. Looking for someone who is very well organized. Someone who can bring new ideas to better streamline and digitize our day to day accounting.ResponsibilitiesRecord day to day financial transactions and complete the posting processVerify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledgerComplete tax formsEnter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statementsProcess accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely mannerOrganize and minimize paper. Convert to cloud storageSkillsProven bookkeeping experienceSolid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principlesProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersHands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary softwareProficiency in English and in MS OfficeCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in QuickbooksJob Type: Full-timePay: $4,000.00 – $7,000.00 per monthPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
