Job Description : Every incredible journey begins with a simple phone call. From our Central Texas call center, which handles a lot of calls! AIBC is looking for Customer Service Specialists to help current and potential clients. Are you looking for a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding job?
Annual Salary: $65,000 to $150,000+
Answer incoming customer and potential passenger service calls.
Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving caller needs.
As appropriate, make outbound calls and provide further information.
Assist callers as needed with technical concerns.
Clearly and concisely communicate policies and processes.
Assist guests with requests for changes, questions, payment processing, and other service needs related to a booking or client profile.
Set individual service quality targets and stick to them.
