Job Description : Liability Claims Examiner – Anchorage, AK
Salary: $29.78 per hour / $60,000 annually
Salary with a Bachelor’s degree: $31.27 per hour / $63,000 annually

Accidents can be traumatic experiences, and our Liability Claims Examiners empathize, listen and assist our policyholders during their time of need. Through our paid, industry-leading training, you’ll learn about complex claims handling, liability disputes, settlement negotiation and insurance concepts and contracts. After training, you will investigate and process a variety of insurance claims ranging from minor fender-benders to major disasters.

Salary:
Salary: $29.78 per hour / $60,000 annually

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of work experience
Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
Solid analytical, computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
Effective attention to detail, time management and decision-making skillsBenefits may be different by location. Benefit eligibility requirements vary and may include length of service.
