Job Description : We are looking for individuals who have great customer service and professional skills that will help us grow into a luxury brand that will serve our clients a tailored and unique experience. With a rapid expansion plan in place, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced role and is excited about a new challenge. The ideal individual will have an interest in customer service with excellent verbal communication. As a technician, the first point-of-contact in response to clients, you will assist clients during virtual meetings to share documents, troubleshoot technical videoconference issues and provide an exceptional customer experience. We will provide all the necessary training. While experience in the legal industry is a plus, it’s not mandatory.Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Philadelphia, PA 19103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
