Position : Clinical Marketing Manager
Job Description : The Clinical Marketing Manager will report to the VP, Sales & Marketing and be responsible for, developing clinical marketing, promotional/educational materials and building Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships that support product positioning, use adoption and expansion in support ZMS’ commercial objectives.Location: Hybrid position, combination of remote, Boulder, CO and/or Englewood, COEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Transform clinical data into compelling and competitive commercial messaging and positioning.· Partner with Clinical Affairs to develop pipeline of commercially oriented clinical studies, white papers, surveys, data sets, etc. that drive commercial strategy.· Develop and execute effective clinical tools and educational materials to drive growth and adoption of ZMS’ patient monitoring devices.· Engage and work closely with the clinical and regulatory teams to craft compelling evidence-based messaging that supports patient impact and medical claims.· Work with a cross-functional team to drive the execution roadmap to successfully launch, commercialize, and scale up patient monitoring solutions.· Identify relevant trends in patient monitoring, competition and clinical benefits to chart long-term impact and implications to clinical strategy.· Identify and support partnership opportunities in clinical science with leading universities, clinical sites, Key Opinion Leaders, and health care organizations.· Analyze and present clinical outcomes data to support the creation and development of compelling cost-benefit/ROI messaging for Value Analysis Committees, clinical, and financial leaders.· Contribute to key tradeshows and industry events, collaborating with Clinical Affairs in the development of the clinical messaging, education, and engagement of KOLs.· Partner closely with Sales Management to develop curricula and tools to train the commercial team.· Partner with Sales Management in the development and delivery of Continuing Education Units (CEU) for healthcare providers.Required Knowledge and Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g. nursing, respiratory therapy) or equivalent experience· Five (5) years experience in clinical role with hospital environmentDesired Knowledge and Skills: · Experience creating marketing and clinical messaging· Ability to work with cross functional team and contribute thoughtful ideas· Experience in healthcare/medical device products: device, digital health, biotech, etc.· Experience creating educational and training materialPhysical & Environmental Requirements: · Fast-Paced, high-volume office environment with frequent interruptions.· Overnight travel up to 30% may be required.· Some weekend travel may be required.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office.· Ability to communicate effectively via spoken and written English and by electronic means.· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Note: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.**Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job**Zynex Medical, Inc and Zynex Monitoring Solutions are Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employersJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Work Location: One location
