Job Description : Energetic and attentive the Cocktail waitress is committed to providing a high-quality dining experience to our customers.The Cocktail waitress responsibilities include speaking with customers, taking drinks/bottle and food order (if needed), making recommendations and ensuring customers’ needs are met and they have and excellent experience. You should be skilled multi-tasker with a passion for a customer satisfaction and knowledge of wines, beer, cocktails, champagne and liquor.She will assist with the table seating on the first party of the evening to smooth the flow at the front desk and ensure a great service.To succeed as a cocktail waitress, you should be friendly, proactive and efficient. Cocktail waitress should also be passionate about food and drinks they serve and creating a fun, enjoyable environment for every customer.- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients, restocking items, such as straws, napkins, …- Interacting with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing them with accurate bills, serving them food (if needed) drinks/bottle and providing them with whatever they need in a timely manner- Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner.- Cleaning and clearing tables (if appear necessary)- Learning about food and beverage, as well as knowing all food and beverage menu of the establishment as well as description- Cocktail waitress must have a perfect knowledge of the table numbers to avoid confusion while communicated with team member or management.- Checking identification to ensure customers are the proper age to purchase alcoholic beverages.- Standing, walking and carrying heavy trays of food and drinks.Bottle service more specifically- Ensuring the table set up has been done by the server before sending bottles- Evaluate the sales and prepare a bottle show according to the standards set by management- Always keep smiling!- After pouring the first round of drinks to the tables, check in a timely manner, mixers, ice cube, bottle level (to not miss an additional sale) and if guests have everything they need.- Villa Azur Cocktail Waitress represent elegance and glamour of the French riviera.
