Job Description : Children’s Dental Management has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Contact Center Agent with our organization in our West Chester corporate office! This position will be located in our new state-of-the-art combined contact center.

Job Description:
This position is ideal for a non-clinical healthcare/customer service professional with experience assisting patients with tasks such as registration, scheduling, appointment confirmation etc. for multiple locations in a fast paced professional office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and communication skills, be responsive, and have a passion for delivering quality customer service. Customer service experience outside of the healthcare industry will be considered. Good phone skills are a must.

Contact Center Agent Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Direct patient calls to the appropriate departments.
Schedule patient appointments.
Gather accurate patient information including demographics and insurance information, and accurately input into the system.
Notate all calls on call lists.
Keep and maintain accurate appointment lists on call sheet.
Answer questions and address customer complains in a polite and professional manner.
Other duties as assigned
