Let’s Get Back is a corporate facing testing program, geared at helping our community get back to work safely. We have teams of medical assistants, front desk staff and providers out on the field offering Rapid and Swabbed COVID-19 testing, 7 days a week, to production companies across New York and Long Island.
Shift times start between 3:30am – 4am
Let’s Get Back Front Desk/ Medical Assistant Staff –
Greets patients with a friendly smile and calm demeanor
Collects patient’s demographic information, required for registration
Schedules and arrives patients on daily testing schedule, with accurate payor code information
Swabs patient for either Rapid or PCR COVID test, prepares specimen bag
Reconciles PCR and Rapid tests completed at the end of day
Submits test type and result, if applicable, on internal web application
Batch scans lab requisitions/and rapid test result sheets into folder
This position requires availability on Saturday and Sundays as well as evening and holiday availability. Employees will be scheduled to work a shift of 5 days per week including weekends. This position requires flexibility with location/travel. The staff will be cross trained in Urgent Cares to support all PHNY Urgent Cares. Hours are variable and subject to change based upon client’s schedule.
