The AME team is on a mission to build proactive experiences to innovate the Azure customer experiences and increase customer success in Azure.
Our organization is looking for you, a customer obsessed program manager- to own, manage customer pipeline , engagements , onboarding experience and engineering delivery. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Manage the pre-sales process, own the customer pipeline, and present customer offerings
Customer onboarding experience, monthly business reviews, customer relationships, and satisfaction surveys
Conduct problem management workshops to help reduce incidents
Cross group collaboration with diverse teams to provide exceptional customer experience
Generate customer reports, insights and newsletters and share with stakeholders
Serve as a single point of contact for customers, guiding them through the cloud journey from pre-sales to assessment, onboarding, and optimization.
Act as trusted adviser, customer advocate internally
Monitor and maintain engagement performance, the quality of project deliverables
Liaison between engineering teams, and customer stakeholders and provide inputs on product improvements to advance Azure platform capabilities.
Customer billing and Azure consumption growth
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
4+ years of service delivery management experience in customer facing role
3+ years of project management experience in a cloud environment (Microsoft Azure or AWS or GCP)
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA and/or advanced degrees preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in Azure
Experience with managing critical and complex customer situations or incidents
Strong interpersonal, presentation and experience in communicating to a variety of stakeholders including large enterprise customers, executive management, and engineering teams
Experienced in IT operations, managed services
Project Management, Prosci Change Management, ITIL certification.
