Job Duties:
Answer to inbound customer order information into computer system
Interacts with carriers and customers daily regarding inbounds shipments, outbound shipments, scheduling deliveries, and inventory
Performs customer account service by meeting customers’ day-to-day administrative needs with respect to order and inventory management and customer driven reports.
Works with customers to ensure all issues and questions are handled in a timely manner
Respond professionally to customer/carrier inquiries/complaints
Future Goals and Duties will be supporting the Supervisor in approving invoice charges
Job Requirements:
Minimum: High School or Technical degree
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet specific measurable goals while working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, issue management)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
Pay Rate: $19.00-$25.00 per hour, DoE
Job Type: Long-term gainful employment
Environment: Teamwork-oriented, Office Environment, On-Site
Shift Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
Location: Paramus, NJ 07652
