If this sounds like a mission you’d be proud to support, read on!Customer Service Representative Job DescriptionGoodNight Stay is seeking an entrepreneurial, detailed, and empathetic Customer Service specialist who is interested in helping us build the brand and provide service our guests. The primary duties will be to assist guests who have confirmed reservations in any of our homes. This might include pre-arrival questions regarding how the home is stocked and furnished, sending clear arrival instructions, responding to in-house guest needs such as assistance using the WiFi, and providing post-stay follow up to encourage guests to leave feedback and reviews. This is a great opportunity for a structured customer service professional who is familiar with the hospitality industry to grow exponentially with a company that is exploding in size.ResponsibilitiesHandling inbound/outbound calls from clientsManage online guest communication through various booking platformsCollaborate with team to identify opportunities, plan, and execute management of potential customer issues.Learn and communicate company services and policies and stay on top of policy changesHandle large volume of online communications simultaneously and formulate solutionsAttend weekly department meetings, local team meetings, and corporate meetingsWork within our management tool to document all guest special requests and notesMaintain homeowner and property information with in our management toolLearn and use all software and online systems that support the operation.Read, understand, and follow all Corporate directives including email correspondence, SOPs, the Employee Handbook, marketing materials, etc.Other responsibilities as assigned.Skills and Qualifications RequiredAbility to remain calm and empathetic during difficult conversationsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic luxury hospitality serviceMust be able to build our guests’ confidence in the GoodNight Stay brand.Self-motivated and self-sufficient, while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction as neededSolution-oriented problem solverStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and writtenWillingness to work on a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must own and carry a cellular phone with phone calling and texting ability.A minimum of one year of customer service experience is requiredExperience in the vacation rental industry, real estate development sales, hospitality, or travel industry is a strong plus.Present a professional imageEffective time-management skillsBenefitsGoodNight Stay will provide a competitive salary and bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, vacation & holiday time off, company-provided equipment, and has many other employee perks that enhance our culture and team building.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
