Job Description : POSITION POSTING DESCRIPTIONPosition Overview: Strategic Results has an immediate opening for a full-time, and highly motivated Data Entry Records Manager to work on site in Vienna, VA. In this position, the candidate will provide data entry and records management support services to the NHI Directorate. An important role of this position is to provide expertise in the development and maintenance of the NHI SharePoint Communication Site and Team Site.This position includes the following tasks:Primary Responsibilities: a) Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer service support for intake and triage for all customers, manage and respond to emails and/or calls in a time frame per customer services standards, or as determined by the CORb) Ensure a backup or additional support is available, as neededc) Track and enter data related to incoming session packets (registration forms, evaluations, assessment results)d) Provide Quality Control on datae) Provide Quality Control supporting document and records managementf) Ensure course files are accurately stored and managed.g) Distribute training materials to internal and external customers in support of session deliveries and course developments/updatesNecessary Skills & Abilities: a) experienced with Microsoft SharePointb) establishing new records management systemsc) developing, maintaining, verifying, and evaluating existing systemsd) overseeing the switch from paper to electronic record-keepinge) writing reports and publicationsf) dealing with enquiries and requests for information from both internal and external clientsg) ensuring that financial, legal, or administrative requirements and regulations are complied withh) ensuring that data is protectedi) classifying and indexing recordsj) destroying or archiving finished data/recordsk) ensuring that records are easily accessible when neededl) providing training to staff who require access or have responsibility for maintaining recordsExperience & Education: a) Bachelor’s degree in either library science, computer science, business administration, or a related field (Required)b) Master’s degree in Computer Science (Preferred)c) Minimum (4) years’ professional experience (Required)Location: This is a contract position at the National Highway Institute, 2600 Park Tower Drive Suite 500 Vienna, Virginia 22180.Strategic Result: In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Strategic Results mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments, the guiding principles of our culture.
