Job Description : This position is available remotely in Washington State.Essential FunctionsAssists in building and executing engagement strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube; Researches audience preferences and discovers current trendsKeeps current on social media trends and best practices, and suggests ways to increase customer engagement in support of broader marketing strategies and goalsServes as primary manager of CHPW’s internal communications channel including its organization and content management, as well as daily updates and maintenance. Works with departments to create and updates their information and works with key staff on creating company-wide posts and supporting visualsWorks with outreach and community-based staff to support member acquisition and retention programs and marketing campaigns across all platforms;Trains co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial wayMonitors and manages online communitiesDevelops and maintains a social and digital image and editorial library to support an integrated editorial calendar, and supports messaging for annual and health-related events, clinical focus areas, and organizational initiativesHelps to build performance reports and gathers industry data to support digital strategy and key performance indicatorsCreates and adheres to production schedules for multiple projects and deliverables simultaneouslySources copy and images content for social and digital channels, and communicates with key partners to coordinate, as neededEnsures social and digital content adheres to local, state and federal regulations and company policies and proceduresQualificationsEducationAssociate degree or technical certificate in relevant field such as marketing, journalism, communications, digital communications or an equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience requiredExperience2 – 3 years of experience in managing multiple (organizational/professional) social media platforms including appropriate content creation, optimization, and audience development strategies required2 – 3 years of experience with social and digital media management tools and analytics; scheduling posts, monitoring comments, coordinating organizational responses; and recommending strategies to drive engagement required2 – 3 years of experience working on a team to develop, coordinate and communicate key brand messages and goals that align with marketing and campaign goals preferred2 – 3 years of experience managing digital internal communication channels to provide timely updates to staff and resources for organizational projects preferredEmployment EligibilityComplete and successfully pass a criminal background checkHas not been sanctioned or excluded from participation in federal or state healthcare programs by a federal or state law enforcement, regulatory, or licensing agencyKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProven skills in project management and presentationExcellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills.
