Job Description : Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and report on all digital marketing efforts for brand, service line growth, and system initiativesCollaborate with team members to establish measurement goals, KPIs, for each initiativeProactively reviews campaign data and makes recommendations to the team on how to optimize the campaignsEstablish and ensure successful passage and capture of data from marketing channels to analytics toolsSupport digital team with keyword and SEO optimizationRegularly assess and evaluate methods for data collectionRegularly assess, evaluate, and implement reporting toolsRemain fully informed of business strategy and priorities ensuring that measurement goals ladder up to theseSynthesize analytics and provide written detailed observations and recommendations to inform strategyEstablish cadence for delivery of analytics and findings based on the project timelines and in line with goalsDevelop standard procedures for all reporting functions – strategy, data capture, reporting, analysis and disseminationAssign and maintain tracking codes, pixels, other tags related to reporting activities.Assign and maintain QR codes and measure usageEducation: Bachelor’s Degree (healthcare/information systems management, psychology, business administration, graphical design, mathematics, economics, data science, engineering or other quantitative and analytics field)Experience: 10 years in marketing, analytics, or related fieldCertification: Business Intelligence Development Certification (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, CRM Vendors, etc.)Skills:Experience in leading marketing analytics and optimization strategies.Posses search engine, web analytics, and business research tools acumenExcellent knowledge of statistical platforms including: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Tableau, heat mapping tools, SEO tools, databases and MS OfficeExperience in assessing measurement tools and putting together a comprehensive plan.Strong communication and presentation skillsDeep knowledge of data warehousing, and miningAdequate knowledge of data collection methods (forms, polls, focus groups, surveys, etc…)Working knowledge of CRM programsStrong analytical and critical thinkingAbility to advise clients/senior management leveraging data analytics and statistical evidenceABOUT USInova is Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
