Position : Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description : 30% – Digital Marketing
· Work closely with Director of Public Relations, Director of Revenue and Director of Marketing on all Digital Marketing Strategies including but not limited to PPC, Paid Social, SEO, to ensure maximizing efforts and driving change to bring in more revenue
· Work closely with digital marketing agency on all digital marketing strategies
30% – Websites, Email Blasts, OTAs and FS App
· Assist in management of fourseasons.com/beverlywilshire and Four Seasons App
· Ensure information on partner websites is up-to-date including but not limited to TripAdvisor, Facebook, Yelp, THE Blvd website, etc
· Monitor and respond to third party review sites such as TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.
· Update the Hotel email database and mailing list by working with outlets to see how to best grow list. Assist in creation of innovative digital newsletters and email blasts that increase awareness and positive perception of the hotel, destination and outlets
30% – Social Media
· Assist with engagement and increase followers across the Hotel’s social media accounts, including: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and other relevant social networking mediums
· Work with Public Relations to develop initiatives and creative social media campaigns to grow presence, and to be in line with Four Seasons image
· Month End social media reporting, as well as any other additional reports required as per the job function
· Thorough understanding of the social media environment and its evolving shape. Awareness of latest tools, platforms and best practices
· Assist with media, influencer and blogger visits, including itineraries and reservations; ensure Golden profiles created / updated
· Drive content capture with Hotel departments and help provide clear social direction, ensuring all conceptual and creative ideas meet objectives, key brand strategies and timelines
10% – Additional Tasks
· Assist with video and photo shoots at the hotel as needed, as well as create new, on-brand photography for social media posts
· Assist with photography and video footage agreements / contracts and ensure Image Library is always up-to-date
· Proofread marketing material including but not limited to: collateral, direct mail, advertising, printed promotional pieces, guest correspondence, etc
· Assist with creation of collateral pieces for activations / promotions at the Resort such as employees correspondence, concierge communication, elevator posters, etc.
· Work closely with the Sales Team, create content and copy for key communication channels such as websites, e-newsletters, B2B channels and Four Seasons platforms
· Strong understand / working knowledge of Reservations department to assist during busy times, as well as provide updated content for emails blasts, collateral to assist in selling, etc
