Examples include soil drilling, rock coring, sampling, and monitoring well installationAssists Driller to load and unload drilling equipmentPrepares tooling and supplies for the day’s tasksRepetitive assembling and disassembling steel rods, augers and other drilling equipmentHandle and utilize pumps, generators, hydraulically-powered and electrical tools & equipmentResponsible for Maintaining & Cleaning tooling, and Handling, Organizing & Storing equipmentMust be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at workActs as an assistant to the lead operator to help perform routine drilling tasksDrives medium duty trucks to various job sites.See YouTube video: Standard Penetration Test (SPT) DemonstrationRequirements: Reliable transportation to and from work, with valid Drivers license & insurable DMV historyConsistently prompt and Able to work daily with minimal absenteeismAbility to work outdoors in adverse weather conditionsAbility to communicate and interact effectively in verbal & written communicationAbility to receive work instructions and follow-through with assigned tasksPositive Team-oriented attitude and able to execute assigned tasks without obstructive negativityMust be able to work off shifts and overtimeAbility to lift, move, push and pull up to 50 pounds frequently….
