Position : EAP Account Manager
Job Description : Carebridge Corporation, a national EAP headquartered in Malvern, PA, is dedicated to transforming the emotional wellbeing and mental health of employees and company leaders by getting them assistance when and where they need it. We are seeking an Account Executive to add to our team.Primary Function is to develop and nurture long-term relationships with current and potential clients with the goal of retaining and growing our EAP business.Responsibilities include:Manage day-to-day issues, concerns, and requests from client accounts.Schedule and coordinate educational events for client accounts.Participate in wellness and benefit fairs as needed.Make presentations (virtual and onsite) to client accounts and brokers.Review and report utilization data.Negotiate contract renewals.Act as a subject matter expert in relation to assigned products and solutions.Minimum QualificationsMinimum 5 years increasing sales or account management experience.Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study.Experience in employee benefits preferred.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Zoom.Ability to travel if needed to client accounts.
