Position : Entry Level Appointment Setter (Training Provided!)
Job Description : Ready Every Second is currently hiring entry level solar appointment setters for our Central Houston team (77092).This is an entry level position so no experience is required. We are looking for reliable and eager individuals who are willing to learn and put in the work to be successful with us. When ready, committed appointment setters will then have the opportunity to move up into closing solar deals themselves.As an appointment setter you are working with the setter team in a targeted area for the week going door to door having a simple conversation with the home owner to learn what day later that week one of our sales reps can come and meet with them to see if solar is the route for them.Our appointment setters are currently working a schedule of 12PM – 8PM Monday thru Friday. This schedule is subject to change as individuals move up into closing deals.We pay weekly and this position is not commission only. Appointment setters have a back up pay structure that they can fall back on if their commissions are low for the week or while in their initial training.Average appointment setters make $1,000/weekTop appointment setters make $3,000+/weekCandidates must be able to work full-time.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $1,000.00 – $3,000.00 per weekBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:Houston, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):If selected, how soon could you start?Are you looking for Full-Time or Part-Time?Work Location: Multiple Locations
