Job Description : Join Our Team!You will be part of an elite event management team in the Life Science Industry. You will play an integral role on our team by planning and preparing for our nationwide events, traveling to and managing our events on-site. You will handle the logistics of the events, before, during and after.This position requires excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, problem solving efforts, the ability to work well independently while on a team and with others.Our company organizes over 60 + annual events nationwide and we are excited to get back to our in-person events post COVID. Our team members are passionate about growth, innovation and collaboration. We are constantly striving to improve and better ourselves so that we can better support our customers.If you have a growth mindset, love to travel, and want to be part of something amazing, you are probably a great fit for our team!What will you do?Plan and manage all facets of our eventsHow will you get there?This is an excellent position for a recent grad starting their first career; degree preferred, but not requiredPrior restaurant serving experience is requiredKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExceptional communication skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills necessary.Exceptional attention to detail.Able to learn and work in a complex matrix environment.Determined to roll up sleeves and add value to the team in any way possible.Must be very well organized, detailed oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, and collaborating with leadership.At our company, each one of our extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
