Our company is run by a big-thinking CEO who is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help realize those big ideas and bring them to life.In this role, you will be a true gatekeeper to protect the CEO’s time and keep her focused on top priorities, providing administrative, marketing, and logistical support to the team’s agents and clients. This role is responsible for tracking transactions, monitoring P&L, crafting our social media and blogs, creating marketing, mailings, planning events, checking in with our clients to ensure incredible service and a great experience and more.This is a fun, close-knit team.
