Job Description : MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES WITHOUT WILL NOT BE CALLED!MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS AND TECH SAVY!Connections Personnel located in Scotch Plains currently has a temp to hire opening for an executive assistant for our client located in Totowa. Company is willing to take a part time or full time candidate:Executive Assistant to work directly for the CEO and the CFO to support their work. The successful candidate must be extremely organized, have great attention to detail and, an exceptional ability to prioritize shifting work responsibilities. They must support the culture of the organization which is to Engage, Empower and Energize.This position is in person, starting with 20-30 hours a week with the opportunity to become a full-time employee if successful. The position reports to the CEO.Specific responsibilities include:Supporting corporate project managementAssisting with development of presentationsOrganizing meetings including scheduling, organizing and assisting with cateringProvide administrative support to interactions with Board of DirectorsProvide minor accounting supportManaging executives calendar including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive mattersAssist with the planning and implementation of corporate eventsProvide other administrative support as neededRequirements include:College graduate preferredBasic understanding of budgeting and expensesProficient in: Excel, Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, Asana workflow, Microsoft business central or NavisionJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Required)executive assistant: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
