Job Description : Summary: Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work one-to-one basis on a variety of task related to the president.Essential Job Functions: This is not intended as a comprehensive list; it is intended to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities. Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed, and may be required to perform additional, position-specific tasks.Performs administrative, secretarial and some clerical support to the PresidentComposes and edits letters, memoranda, reports and presentations, generates and revises correspondence and handles processing of a variety of reports and paper workMaintains a high degree of professionalism with all contacted in the course of employmentAct as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clientsMaintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide remindersMake travel arrangementsTake dictation and minutes and accurately enter dataProduce reports, presentations and briefsDevelop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing systemPerforms related duties as assigned with efficiency and accuracyRequired Knowledge: * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel), Outlook, PowerPoint and other graphics presentation capabilityKnowledge in Freight Forwarding helpfulRequired Skills: * Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other higher secretarial positionFull comprehension of office management systems and proceduresDetailed oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent grammar, written communication skillsExemplary planning and time management skillsUp-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadHigh level verbal and written communications skills**Discretion and confidentiality skillsInterpreting and closely following oral and written instructions and proceduresWorking independently, efficiently and effectively under minimum supervisionQualifications: Education minimum AA (BA preferred); 3 years of previous experience in a secretarial position.
