Job Description : Executive Assistants have more than administrative duties. They also filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls, and communicate on behalf of the executive they support. Other responsibilities include: Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalfMaintaining comprehensive and accurate recordsPerforming minor accounting dutiesOrganizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessaryAnswering phone calls in a polite and professional mannerWelcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate departmentManaging the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive mattersDesire to build a career in oil and gasPERSONALITY IS KEY TO THIS ROLEMUST HAVE: Executive potential: Polished appearance, eloquent communicator,Education: Must have a bachelor’s degreeCareer level: Early or mid-careerBENEFITSCompany pays 100% of employee benefits, dental, vision, (united healthcare is the provider)401k is being implemented in July this year – employee match comes with tenureSchedule: 9/80’s and the Friday they are in office, they leave early in the afternoon. 7-5pm Monday-FridayPaid holidays and vacation, sick time offered as well – waiting on client exact amount but provided and market standard.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $79,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
