Fulfilling the needs and improving the quality of life of thousands of individuals and families would not be possible without our talented and diverse staff and motivating environment.ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative assistance, including writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President & CEO’s behalf.Manages the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, following up, and sending reminders.Coordinates and schedules board meetings and prepares board packages.Answers phone calls in a polite and professional manner.Welcome visitors and kindly directs them to the appropriate meeting room.Communicates directly and on behalf of the President and CEO with Board members, investors, staff, and others.Prepares traveling arrangements.QualificationsAssociate degree; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.10 years of experience supporting C-level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communications skills both written and verbal; fluent in Spanish is a plus.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Extremely organized and detail-oriented.Must be willing to report on-site to our New Brunswick office (3 business days) and Newark office (2 business days) between Monday through Friday.COVID-19 Vaccine Required: As of the first day of employment, you must be able to demonstrate proof that you are fully vaccinated (as defined by the CDC) against COVID-19, unless you are granted a medical or religious exemption in accordance with company policy.Work Schedule Business hours typically run between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
