Job Description : Reporting to the Division Manager, the Environmental Services Director is responsible for leading the housekeeping department:Key Responsibilities:Ensure all systems and process for all Housekeeping staff are adhered to within the facilityPlans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job dutiesInterviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of facility housekeeping personnel in accordance with facility standardsTrain and development all Housekeeping staffPerforms inspections with cloud based software and prepare reports to determine areas of success and opportunitiesPerform staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate housekeeping activitiesCommunicate and schedule project work within facilityConducts regular inventory of housekeeping suppliesMaintain department budgetManagement of Assistant DirectorsParticipate in hospital committee meetingsJob Type: Full-timePay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offRelocation assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftMonday to FridayOn callSupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
