Job Description : We are looking for someone who is looking for a fun job that is fast paced and an Alaskan adventure!General Overview:We are a small, family run fish processing plant in rural Alaska. Join our family and team for a summer adventure! We need someone with a hard work ethic to come join our team! It is long days on your feet (12 hour days are common, 14-16 hour days also happen often). You will get a lot of overtime hours. Season is May-Sept but we can have 3 month commitments for a chunk of that time.At Yakobi Fisheries we value teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and a great sense of humor. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an understanding of the processing system and must be able to implement day-to-day operational tasks. Good physical health and the ability to thrive in a remote wilderness location are essential. Applicants must be able to physically lift 50-80 lbs and be on their feet for 12 hours a day plus.Benefits: Yakobi Fisheries offers benefits including airfare reimbursement, room and board, production bonuses and returning bonuses.
