Our Food and Beverage Attendants are responsible for the service of high-quality food and helping quench the thirst of our guests.

There are many different roles across several on- and off- mountain venues available. Our Food and Beverage Attendants include baristas, bar tenders, fine dining waiters, cashiers, food service attendants & more!

In your application, it is very important to list your skills and experience and attach a photo of any qualifications or certificates. For example: NSW RSA, NSW RCG, FSS or any formal training you have done in Hospitality fields such as Barista, Wine or Cocktail courses.

Some of your responsibilities might include:

Assisting with outlet opening and closing duties
Contributing positively as a team member, including assisting in other areas and outlets as required
Following food safety principles
Cleaning tables and dining areas
Restocking merchandising stands and fridges
Serving food and drinks in the correct portions
Safe and secure cash handling
Ensuring service and preparation areas are hygienic, tidy and organised at all times

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

Previous experience working in a food and/or beverage outlet, bar or restaurant
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced establishments is highly desirable
A cheerful, can-do attitude
Previous cash handling and EFTPOS experience
A high work ethic
Ability to use initiative and provide exceptional customer service, even when busy
NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (required)
NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (required if working in a gaming area)

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September. Staff accommodation may be available for successful applicants.
