You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. You will promote hotel services and amenities to the guests.
The Front Desk Agent shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the La Cantera Resort and Spa Culture as the Employer of Choice!

What are we looking for?
High school education required
At least one year Front Desk experience preferred
At least one year Hospitality experience preferred
At least six months experience with workday systems preferred
At least one year Hospitality Front Desk experience preferred
At least one year of customer service experience required
