Job Description : Job DescriptionHennessey Performance Engineering seeks a full-time front desk receptionist with experience in the automotive or transportation industry, preferably in high-end or aftermarket automobiles.Turn your experience in communication into a career! We are seeking a highly motivated, meticulously organized, customer service focused, candidate.In this position, you will front desk person answering all incoming calls. You will coordinate customer vehicles to be picked up and dropped off through the central dispatch portal as well as communicate with customers and facilitate documentation and quality assurance. Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will not only help move vehicles, but secure customers for life and future business.Applicant should have experience in transportation and logistics of vehicles preferable using the central dispatch portal. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required; as well as the utmost level of organization.Candidate must possess good computer skills.Responsibilities include but are not limited to· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.· Answering incoming calls and directing the customer to the correct department· Keeping front area tidy and clean with the correct procedures· Writing thank you notes to each customer· ‪Paperwork filing and managing documentSkills/Qualifications:· Experience in receptionist duties and phone call answering· Telephone Skills· Verbal Communication and thoroughly listening skills· Professionalism· Customer focus· Organization· Informing others and handling pressure wellRequired Education:· Bachelor’s degree preferred, High school degree or equivalent required;REQUIRED TO REVIEW YOUR APPLICATION· 1 Page ResumeAbout Hennessey Performance Engineering (HPE)John Hennessey and the Hennessey Performance Engineering (HPE) team have been making fast cars go faster since 1991.
