Job Description : Hello!We work in a large Texas legal firm and need help in our call taking department.Your shifts will be within 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 10am-6pm on weekends. It is likely you will work Sun through Thur with Fri and Sat off initially.You will assist potential clients and clients in daily needs. Requests range from booking appointments, answering inquiries, outbound and inbound calls and check-ins, sending and editing of proposals, assisting with payments, handling of minor issues, concerns and emergencies and much more.The right candidate must be:Tech SaavyQuick thinkingEasy to get along withCustomer forwardProblem solverNot afraid to ask questionsDriven & upbeatCool under pressureWell writtenOrganizedQuick learner (Very important as we are a high volume firm)This is a work from home position and will require you to have a good quiet place to work and focus.We look forward to speaking to you further.
