Position : General Laborer / Material Handler
Job Description : Castle Tire Laborer, $18/hour + OT ($27/hour)

You will join a hard-working recycling team and help significantly reduce the impact of tire waste on our environment
What to Expect:
The General Laborer position involves performing a variety of tasks in all aspects of the plant’s functions and assisting the plant manager with other duties such as:
Processor: You will work with a team to hand unload tires from incoming trailers onto a conveyor belt for processing
Tire Grade: You will work with the grade team to inspect tires for defects and hand load customer trailers
Route Helper: You will ride with a professional CDL driver or box truck driver and assist them with curbside collection

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally able to work in the United States
Previous experience in a similar work environment
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to work in elements of weather
Physical requirements: while performing the duties of the job is to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, carry, and manipulate large and heavy tires up to 150 lbs
