Job Description : 250+, that’s the number of associates across Dublin, Hyderabad, East Hanover and Mexico who work together to provide digital and creative support for our customers, enhancing awareness and engagement between HCPs(Health Care Providers) and Novartis brands worldwide

Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
To be an integral part of a comprehensive design team including creative art directors, copy writers, designers and account managers responsible for designing promotional marketing materials for Novartis brands.Comprehend client’s instructions clearly and execute as per brief within time constraintsEstimates the time required to complete the work . Interpreting a client’s business needs and developing a design to suit their purpose.Working quickly and efficiently as part of a team with copywriters, customer Liaison, project coordinators and art directors/creative designers.Working on layouts and art working pages to be ready for production (digital or traditional print) .Developing interactive design .Proactively maintain expertise in graphic design software packages and the ideal usage of RGB/CMYK in print/web deliverables.Ensure deliverables for quality and accuracy are of the highest order On-time project delivery within stipulated deadlines.

Minimum requirements
What You’ll bring to the role:
3+ years’ experience working as a graphic designer/production designer in a MNC.Significant experience of working on project briefs across complex matrix environments.Significant experience of designing marketing material for the Pharmaceutical industry.Should possess strong knowledge on Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe, After-Effects, Premier Pro, PowerPoint and MS Word is essential and knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Tile based design would be an added advantage.should be proficient in global print industry standards and should be able to turn around design work in a quick and efficient manner maintaining the highest quality standards.
