Job Description : Precision Management Services
We are looking for a Handyman. This position is AS NEEDED, PART-TIME, ON-CALL. The job is to assess, repair/fix/replace items and/or issues at the home in a timely manner. Professionalism and a sense of urgency are a must.
Compensation:
$30 – $50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Your primary role is to be available and able to react to issues facing our guests in a timely manner
A neat appearance and a professional demeanor are a must
The calls you will receive are described in a general sense as follows- clogged toilets, leaking faucets, burner on stove replace, minor painting, the occasional drywall patch, door handles loose/broken
In addition, when the house is not in use, you may be asked to help with preventive maintenance, walkthroughs, and equipment documentation
There may also be a need for an occasional pickup and delivery of goods and items to the house
Plumbing- fixture repair/replace, troubleshooting
Electrical- fixture install/replace, sockets, switches
Drywall patch, repair
Molding/trim- repair, replace
Painting interior/exterior
Door/window- replace, repair
Heavy-duty cleaning, power washing
General outdoor maintenance
AS NEEDED, PART-TIME, ON-CALL
Qualifications:
Self-starter, dependable, accountable, professional
Sense of urgency
Work independently, unsupervised
Have a positive attitude
Customer-service minded
Strong attention to detail
