Job Description : Job DescriptionJob Title: IT Help Desk Analyst Department: Information Technology (IT) Reports to: Director of IT (Head of IT) Employment Status: Salaried Exempt Job Summary: The ideal candidate for the Information Systems Help Desk Analyst role should be passionate about technology and working with users to strategically use data and technology to improve Company processes. The Company’s track record of sales growth has led to the need for this additional IT role that will focus on engineering, delivering, and supporting IT tools and systems to enable value creation by end users. This position will be integral to the continued growth and development of the IT department at Engineered Profiles and a successful individual will be willing to spend time with users to understand their process and gain understanding of how IT can help improve efficiency and meet end user demands.The Company’s mission is to be irresistible to its customers, employees, and community. The successful candidate must promote positivity and reinforce our culture and values in daily interactions with employees and vendors.This role includes general IT troubleshooting and support for the Company’s operations, which are 24/7. As such, working with departments and employees within all levels of the Company is a key to success within this role, to ensure IT tools and systems are adequality meeting the requirements of end users. In addition to understanding howIT is applied in each case, a successful individual will also be able to explain technical concepts in a way the user, who may only have basic IT knowledge, can understand, and apply them. Due to the 24/7 nature of the Company’s operations, this role will involve being on call 1 week per month, however the need to address after hours issues is rare.
