Position : Housekeeper for Real Estate Company
Job Description : We are looking for a thorough and dependable Maid with excellent cleanliness standards to clean our properties before they hit the market. The goal is to prepare the properties for potential home owners so they can really pcture the space.
Responsibilities
Clean and tidy all properties to the standard cleanliness within time limits
Deliver excellent service
Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
Requirements
Proven working experience in relevant field
Ability to work independently and remain motivated
Helpful with customer service orientation
Prioritization and time management skills
Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
Knowledge of English language
Own cleaning tools preferred
You must have your own reliable vehicle
Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
Be able to lift 30lbs overhead
Be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must live near or be able to travel to assigned locations
