With doctors, nurses, specialists, labs and medical records all interlinked and coordinated, patient care has never been in better hands.The HR Coordinator performs human resources-related duties at the corporate office and is an integral part of the team in managing new hire processes.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Partners with HR Manager to maintain HR Files.Posts job ads and updates recruiting websites and manages applications.Tracks new hire paperwork and answers HR phone line.Communicates with candidates regarding new hire paperwork and pre-hire requirements.Tracks and reports on new hires and application statuses to managers.Completes phone screens.Conducts exit interviews.Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.Coordinates and conducts new-hire orientation in conjunction with the HR Generalist.Responsible to manage licenses in system and pulling verification from various sites.May be assigned to other HR projects or duties.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervision responsibilities.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk and hear. Lifts 10lbs frequently and over 20lbs occasionally.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
