Position : Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description : Above the Challenge, LLC is looking for an experienced and professional part-time HR Professional to serve as our HR Coordinator for day-to-day operations. Our staff members play a crucial role in the quality of services that we provide. Therefore, an HR Coordinator must be dedicated to find the most qualified and suitable candidates to serve our Individuals. Work will mostly be done remotely (from home) with the occasional face-to-face or Zoom meeting. ATC is located in the Irwin, PA area. A reliable computer, internet connection and professional workspace are required.Job Duties:Promotes and embodies ATC culture to employees and staffMaintains and tracks employee records.Responsible for developing workflows to ensure new hires are onboarded quickly.Will lead the onboarding process for all new hires to ensure timely completion of onboarding training, new hire documentation, and state mandated background checks.Assists with employee benefits and enrollment as needed.Assists with the termination process including paperwork.Responsible for posting job listings, scheduling and completing interviews and making recommendations for hiring.Responsible for maintaining employee personnel files.Assists with state audits.Responsible for collecting and processing employee timesheets weekly.Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.Provides assistance to employees on policies and procedures.Ability to assist employees with general HR issues via email or phone.Runs weekly and monthly reports; ensure employees remain compliant with regulations.Participates in various events and meetings for the purpose of representing ATC and their mission and belief.Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of ATC.Available after-hours and weekends to respond to urgent communication, as needed.Requirements:Prior experience in Human ResourcesAbility to work in a independent environment; strong ability to multitaskStrong empathy and interpersonal skills; positive, friendly attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExpertise in Google Drive applications and systemsHighly organized; strong attention to detailProfessional dedication to the mission, vision, and needs of ATCWho is ATC, and What is our Mission?: Above the Challenge, LLC (ATC) is a family-owned provider of services for the IDD community.
