Job Description : AutoLenders is the largest pre-owned auto dealership in New Jersey with 7 locations, in addition to 2 locations in Pennsylvania. While traditional dealerships rely on auctions and trade-ins for their inventory purchases, AutoLenders controls inventory sourcing in-house through our CAL and ALGO businesses to ensure quality and volume. Job: Information Technology ManagerResponsibilities:The Information Technology Manager has the following responsibilities:Responsible for the management and maintenance of the company’s technology infrastructure, support, security and compliance.Manages a team of service support personnel who monitor and resolve IT issues.Implements policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected.The position will report directly to the Information Technology Director.Must insure the uninterrupted day to day operations of all technology and operational processes.Interface and manage productive relationships with web developers, application vendors, VOIP vendors, hardware vendors and other associated vendors.Manage the day-to-day operations of the service desk and manage the service desk team.In charge of scheduling, assignment of staff, and oversee the team as they provide highly responsive support to co-workers with attention to detail and quality.Proactively monitor, assign and open tickets/projects, contacting co-workers when necessary, and ensuring tickets and projects are updated on a timely basis.Create and continuously update policies and procedures for creating, updating, escalating, and closing tickets and projects.Ensure that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.Procurement for technical needs needed for on-site deployments.Work closely with the leadership team to establish clear goals and metrics that the service team will focus on.Facilitate and foster internal feedback to improve the performance of the Service Desk’s services.Serve as an escalation point for complex co-worker issues and oversee onboarding and new hire training.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Coach and develop employees to expand upon their technical skills, discover training needs, and provide career development guidance.Hold the team accountable for results.Compensation and Benefits:AutoLenders will provide the following compensation:Competitive SalaryAnnual Performance-Based Salary Increases and Annual Performance Based BonusHealth, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Benefits401k with a Company MatchRequirements:The Information Technology Manager should have the following skills, education and experience:Motivated, organized, and driven professional with the passion to advance his or her careerHigh level of energy and conviction to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environmentPassion for networking and staying ahead of constantly evolving network technologyKnowledge and experience working with ITIL Framework, servers, workstations, routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers and firewalls required.Knowledge of VPN technology and experience setting up remote access requiredInstallation, configuration, administration and management of Windows 2012R2/2016 domains, Group Policy, Active Directory/DNS, and SQL 2012 database experience requiredExperience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) experience requiredAdvanced networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and VMWare experience requiredExcellent network troubleshooting skills requiredMitel 3300 or other VOIP phone system experience desiredMinimum 3-5 years experience leading / managing technology infrastructure and supportMinimum Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology or Management Information SystemsPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.AutoLenders is an EEO Employer – Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/DisabledAbout AutoLenders:AutoLenders originally opened in 1990, and has been New Jersey’s #1 pre-owned car dealership for over a decade.
