Position : Integrations Project Manager

Job Description : As the M&A Integration Project Manager, you will be the face of the integration, as well as the single point of contact for any questions or concerns from our newly acquired agencies. As such, your excellent relationship building, and communication skills will be top priority. It will also be your responsibility to make sure that all the teams are aligned and communicating to make the transition as smooth and efficient as possible.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the successful integration by coordinating with key M&A Integrations teams (HR, Payroll, Financial, IT, Operations) to ensure all tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
Provide a transparent and welcoming integration process for our agencies by giving their leadership timely updates on their integration status and address any concerns.
Setting up and managing project trackers for each integration within Smartsheets.
Coordinate and effectively communicate with financial, payroll, and operational integration teams to eliminate duplicative requests to have a cohesive overall process.
Facilitate integration kickoff meetings with acquired agencies and organize weekly touch points during key integration time frame.
Identify integration tasks that are overdue or at risk and work with the respective team to resolve any roadblocks to keep the project moving.
Develop weekly integration status dashboards that will be presented to the Leadership.
Escalate any integration concerns expressed from the agency to the Director of Agency Integrations and respective team members.

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize workload.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to facilitate collaboration and establish and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience/Attributes:

Insurance brokerage experience and familiarity of the insurance brokerage industry.
