Job Description : Job Description: As an Operations Support Specialist at Mortgage Connect, you are responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting document creation workflows, producing internal and external reports, documenting processes and utilizing data analytics to meet organizational objectives. This is a hybrid role reporting to our office.Responsibilities: Utilize excel to ensure productivity gains and client SLAs are metPull and utilize reports from the SSRS reporting serverEnsure accurate upload of data into databaseCommunicate clearly with ClientHandle Ad-Hoc requestsPerform data and physical document comparisons and reconciliationsManage workflow and tasks to complete within client SLAAssist in training junior staffMust be able to work overtime as requiredAdditional duties as assignedQualifications: Intermediate Microsoft Excel experienceFamiliarity with MS Office Applications and AdobeVBA/Macro experience a plus (Macros are more critical than VBA)Extreme attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamCreative/innovative problem solverStrong customer service skills and interpersonal skillMust have database & SQL experience Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Do you have experience with VBA/Macro?Experience:SQL: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
