Job Description : Essential Duties: Assist Development, Culinary, Applications, and the Seasoning Lab with daily tasks as assigned, which include, but not limited to the following: Blend seasonings for internal evaluation and testing and shipping to customers.Set up and apply seasonings, flavors, and/or ingredients for evaluation in solution, base, or finished product.Utilize various cooking methods. Prepare and provide samples for analytical testing.Support Seasoning Lab functions, as needed. Conduct lab tests such as the salt analysis, pH, and Bostwick flow meter.Utilize vacuum tumbler to marinate meat. Participate in sample evaluations.Clean and maintain workspace, equipment and surrounding areas and follow GMPs and safety guidelines. Complete other duties as assigned by managerJob Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Lab Tech: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
