Job Description : GTI Laboratories is a reference toxicology lab interested in finding a highly organized and motivated laboratory technician/assistant! We are looking for someone whose able to multitask and work confidently and independently in the lab. The right candidate is not just looking for a job but to be part of the company and grow with us as a team. The responsibilities would include but are not limited to;Sample and Reagent preparationAccession and Aliquot SamplesVerify Insurance informationBench work (Hamilton, Sample preparation, reagent preparation)Quality Assurance assistance to comply with CAP and CLIA guidelinesPerforms all daily/weekly monthly calibrations, verification, controls and maintenance on all equipment within licensed guidelinesOperate and maintain laboratory equipmentPerform routine laboratory testing following established written standard operating proceduresAssist in authoring and revising SOPsJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Associate (Required)Experience:Clinical Laboratory Experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One location
