Job Description : DAI, Utah’s foremost land developer and homebuilder, is looking for Land Development Coordinator who is motivated and detail-oriented to add to our in-house entitlements team. The work environment is high- energy with lots of deadlines and moving parts. If you are ready for the challenge, we look forward to hearing from you!Position Responsibilities Work with Project Managers to oversee and track completion of city applications, redline resubmittals and presentations to assure deadlines are metResponsible for recording all documents pertaining to land development including subdivision plats, easements, CCR’s, development agreements, etc.Coordinate and assist communication with clients, contractors, engineers, architects, and city staffWork with Project Managers to ensure complete and timely resubmittalsManage the application process for preliminary and final plat applications with city and utility providersPerform research via internet, hard files, and phone calls to knowledgeable partiesWork with programs such as Teamwork, Box, Google Maps/Earth, and Adobe ProDrive to municipal offices to collect signatures and record documentsPosition Qualifications Detail-orientedSelf-motivatedHighly organizedCan work in team environmentOwns car and can run errands during office hoursHigh school degree and preferably some college experiencePrevious experience in land development preferredAdditional Info References and resume requiredCompany benefits include options for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, and paid vacationWage commensurate with experienceOpportunity for long-term growth within companyJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
